Static Characteristics of Improved Composite Box Girder with Corrugated Steel Webs

In order to accurately calculate the cross-sectional stresses and deflections of improved composite box girder with corrugated steel webs, control differential equations boundary conditions are established based on energy variational principle, taking into account effects web properties, shear lag, deformation. A cantilever is used as a numerical example. The influence width span ratio bending angle lag fold effect analyzed. results show that analytical solution in good agreement finite element solution. negative exist under uniform load. concentrated load has greater mechanical properties wing plate than With increase ratio, both increases. angle, obviously enhanced, but change little effect.
